内容简介
《商务英语听说实训教程》整体设计理念基于应用型人培养模式。从知识结构来说,应用型人才应具备信息资料的收集和整理能力,将复杂的、分散的知识融会贯通为系统的完整的知识的能力;从能力结构来说,应用型人才应该具有运用理论和知识和方法、解决问题的能力,将方案和计划付诸行动的实践能力;从素质结构来说,应用型人才不仅具有较高的专业素质,还有一定的非专业素质,包括人际交往能力,心理抗压能力,道德素养和身体素质等。本教材的实训项目中的任务需要学生自主收集和加工大量信息,然后对信息进行有效处理,为己所用。同时项目设计任务分解,培养了学生将复杂的问题分解处理,解决实际问题的能力。项目涉及商务策划等培养学生创新能力。无论是任务设计还是评价体系设计本教材都注重团队精神的培养,提高学生的人际交往能力和心理抗压能力。
本教材共设十六个单元。选材涉及商务领域的常见话题,其中包括:日常办公、面试、商务接待、公司及产品介绍、市场营销、国际贸易、商务谈判、国际会展等各个方面。本教材为学生提供了丰富的商务英语素材,使学生在商务实训中,逐步提高听说技能和商务技能。教材内容设计是基于模拟的培训(Stimulation-based Training,简称 SBT)模式,即以模拟体验为主的训练式的教学模式,SBT 不仅注重情境模拟,更加注重学习成果评估,学习表现诊断和学习建议反馈。因此教材设计重视训练结果评估,每个商务模拟实训项目都设有自我评价量表和同伴评价量表。高仿真的项目模拟任务,综合性强,能够分解为多个子任务,提高学生的整体参与度,力求保证各个层次的学生参与到实践情境中来。
教材每个章节由以下几部分组成:
