中国文化概论课程是为英语本科专业低年级学生开设的一门专业必修课，是一门提高学生文化素养，增强跨文化交际能力的课程。本课程开设目标在于使学生认识民族自身文化，提高人文素质，继承和弘扬传统文化精髓，能够用英语熟练对外介绍中国文化知识。
