内容简介:

台风突变现象包括运动路径突变、结构和强度突变以及台风暴雨的突然增幅。台风中的突变现象是当今台风预报的难点,也是台风研究的前沿。为了交流世界各国对 热带气旋突变问题的研究成果和预报技术,2012年11月中国工程院主办了国际工程科技发展战略高端论坛“热带气旋突变现象机理及预报技术研究”,中国气 象局(CMA)和世界气象组织(WMO)协办,为突变现象提供一个学术交流平台。参加此论坛的国外专家来自频受热带气旋之灾的国家,如美国、澳大利亚、印 度、菲律宾和泰国等国的研究所、研究生院、大学和预报部门;国内专家有来自大气科学研究机构、高等院校的研究专家和来自气象业务部门的预报专家,中外专家 共同探讨台风突变问题。为了促进中外专家学术交流,特将学术报告论文汇编成册,全书内容涵盖了热带气旋的突变现象和预报技术。为方便读者阅读,《国际工程 科技发展战略高端论坛:热带气旋突变现象机理及预报技术研究》提供了中文和英文摘要。
