总主编张道真：著名英语教育家、英语语法专家，原北京外国语大学教授，原深圳大学校长顾问。早年就读于美国哈佛大学和华盛顿大学，攻读英美文学，回国后任教北京外国语学院（北京外国语大学），曾担任培训部主任等职；从事英语教学和研究50余年，在英语语法和英汉翻译等领域具有高深的造诣和卓越的建树，是国内外公认的英语语法学权威和大师；先后撰写、编著了《实用英语语法》、《简明英语语法》、《现代英语用法词典》、《高级英语词典》、《自学英语》、《电视英语》等著作，并翻译出版《包法利夫人》、《乡下佬》、《十九世纪文学主流》等作品。总主编邱立志：广州行政学院副教授，华南师范大学增城学院副教授，广州外语协会秘书长。就读于华中师范大学和美国爱达荷大学（the University of Idaho）；教学工作主要是本、专科和研究生公共英语课的教学和公务员英语口语教学工作，曾担任广州行政学院对外文化培训中心主任.
